サケの天日干し

A fish shop in central Japan is preparing sun-dried salmon.

The store uses male salmon caught off Hokkaido in late August.

Workers cleaned the fish and hang them on ropes.

About 800 salmon were processed this year.

They were dried for about five days and sold as gift items.

日本中部の魚店は、天日干しのサケを準備しています。

同店では8月下旬に北海道沖で捕獲されたオスのサケを使用します。

作業員らが魚をさばき、ロープに吊るしました。

今年は約800匹のサケが加工されました。

それらは、5日間ほど乾燥させてから贈答品として販売されました。
